Kempthorn Volkswagen Thanks Staff and Customers for a Great Year

November 23rd, 2020 by

This year has brought a lot of changes to Kempthorn Volkswagen in Canton, OH. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we had to pivot our dealership operations to comply with CDC guidelines. From social distancing to sanitation, we put precautions in place to keep our visitors and employee safe and healthy. As we approach Thanksgiving, we’re reflecting on how grateful we are for all those who made it such a great year here at Kempthorn VW. Without your support, we wouldn’t have survived this strange time of COVID-19.

How We Continued to Support VW Shoppers

Kempthorn Volkswagen adapted to COVID-19 restrictions by rolling out at-home and virtual dealership services. If you didn’t feel comfortable leaving your home, you could still do all the following dealership activities like:

  • Exploring available models in the new VW showroom and used car inventory.
  • Scheduling a video chat with the VW sales team and getting a virtual tour.
  • Requesting an at-home test drive that doesn’t involve coming to the dealership.
  • Valuing a trade-in and completing the credit application on your mobile device.

If you did choose to visit your Canton VW dealership, we ensured your safety by enforcing six-feet of social distancing between staff members and customers. We also followed onsite cleanliness procedures, which included sanitizing all dealership facilities each day. Being able to adapt kept us in business throughout 2020. We’re very grateful to our hardworking team for being flexible and willing to go the extra mile for the sake of our Ohio customers.

We Wish You a Safe and Happy Thanksgiving

While 2020 was a challenging year with plenty of obstacles, it was also a year that made us stronger and more resilient. All the team members at Kempthorn Volkswagen want to thank you for your business and loyalty. We wouldn’t be the successful VW dealership without customers like you. We wish you a truly memorable Thanksgiving filled with food, family, and gratitude. Just a reminder that Kempthorn VW will not be open on Thanksgiving.
